From its inception in 1893 and all through the years, the Home of Peace has been maintained by gifts from God's children. It is recognized by the government as a non-profit religious organization and any contribution, or bequest contained in a will is exempt from taxation. There is no endowment and no cash reserve, but the costs are met week by week from minimal charges for our services. |
